Looking for an organised, efficient and personable Legal Secretary to support the solicitors and property team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare legal documents; audio/copy typing
  • Diary, document and file management
  • Client and third-party communication
  • Cash work and fee preparation
  • General admin/reception and property support

Requirements

  • Strong admin and typing skills; MS Office proficient
  • Excellent communication and ability to prioritise
  • Positive, proactive attitude
  • Desirable: HND in Legal Services or prior experience in legal secretary
